Catholic Charities Eastern Washington and Gonzaga University are proud to launch the Spokane Entrepreneurship and Empowerment Network (SEEN) in collaboration with the Urban Poverty and Business Initiative (UPBI) at the University of Notre Dame. This innovative program empowers low-income families across Spokane to plan, launch, and grow their own small businesses.
