SEEN invites experienced business owners to join our structured, three-month mentorship program—designed to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs. Built on the nationally recognized UPBI model developed at the University of Notre Dame, this program offers a meaningful opportunity to share your knowledge, time, and insight with aspiring business owners facing financial barriers.

As a mentor, you'll be thoughtfully paired with a participant and supported every step of the way. Together, you'll work to turn dreams into sustainable, thriving businesses—one relationship at a time.
